The Topcover is made out of extremely durable material which has a special lacquer coating produced especially for Air2Bag. The PVC coating allows for easy welding or glueing if damage occurs.

The “landing chamber” creates the softness of the Airbag.

The energy from the impact gets absorbed immediately by the chamber. The air release systems gets adjusted during the initial setup it then does not need to be constantly adjusted during operation.

The “safety chamber” is a protective zone.

The frame forms a semi-rigid barrier up to 2meters high at impact point to protect the athletes from falling off the edge of the pillow. Other airbag systems only have max 70cm high bead sewn on the pillow. Only the “Frame Sytem“ is able to fully protect athletes from sliding off. The Frame gives the pillow overall stability (e.g. against wind), the maximum protection against falling off the landing zone, and provides constant perfectly upright advertising space.

Since the supporting framesysteme is independent by a seperate air circulation of the internal pressure, there is the advantage that the attached banners on the outer sides always remain clearly legible.
